Trustee for Adam Aircraft Industries Announces Bankruptcy Sale Print E-mail

Englewood, Colorado, March 5, 2008 – Adam Aircraft Industries, Inc. (“Adam Aircraft”) filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on February 15, 2008 and Jeffrey Weinman was appointed as the Chapter 7 Trustee.  The Trustee has put forth a motion to the Colorado District Bankruptcy Court to sell all of assets of the company in a bulk sale.  Assets include, but are not limited to, aircraft, aircraft parts, intellectual property licenses and patents, customer and vendor contracts, aircraft certifications, manufacturing equipment, and significant backlog orders.

Bids for the assets are due April 3rd and an auction will take place April 4th.  All interested parties are encouraged to contact General Capital Partners, LLC, who is acting as the Company’s marketing agent, immediately to gain access to due diligence materials and full bidding procedures.  To submit a bid and be deemed a Qualified Bidder at the auction, parties must submit an asset purchase agreement with a minimum bid of $10,000,000.  Parties must also deposit $250,000 as earnest money into an escrow account established by the bankruptcy trustee.
