Company’s newest Legacy 600 displayed at EBACE
São José dos Campos, April 28, 2006 – Embraer will showcase the Phenom 100 and the Phenom 300 interior mock-ups at the European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE 2006) to kick off the European tour. The newest Legacy 600 will also be exhibited at the international convention to be held May 3-5 in Geneva, Switzerland.

A700 Very Light Jet Program Continues to Accelerate
Englewood, CO, April 26, 2006—— Today Adam Aircraft announced that the A700 AdamJet flew to 41,000 feet and achieved a true airspeed of 340 knots. The aircraft was crewed by Senior Turbine Test Pilot Ken Sasine and co-pilot Dan Brand.

Experienced Composites Manager to Lead Transition to Full-Rate Production on A500 and A700
Englewood, CO, April 17, 2006—— Adam Aircraft announced today the appointment of Rob Penrod as Vice President of Manufacturing. Penrod joins Adam Aircraft from Bell Helicopter. As Director of Operations, he led a business unit of more than 400 employees and annual sales of $600 Million. With cross-functional oversight of manufacturing, tooling, industrial engineering, and quality, Penrod led Bell’s efforts to transition the V-22 Osprey, a complex composite tilt-rotor aircraft, from developmental stages into full-rate production. Prior to joining Bell Helicopter, Penrod spent 19 years with the Aerostructures Corporation of Nashville, Tennessee. Rob has more than 27 years of aerospace experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, program management, marketing, inventory management, and lean methodologies.

Executive jet’s new price effective in June
São José dos Campos, April 7, 2006 – Embraer announced today that the launch price of the Phenom 100 will be maintained through May 31, 2006. Effective June 1, 2006, the price of the executive jet will be US$ 2.85 million for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certification, in January 2005 economic conditions. The announced launch price was US$ 2.75 million.
