ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — June 23, 2011 — Eclipse Aerospace, Inc. this week received FAA certification and approval for the newly redesigned canister to be used with the PhostrEx fire suppression system on the Eclipse Twin-Engine Jet. The new canister, an all-welded design, stores contents at a lower pressure, fully resolving leakage problems experienced by the original design. The improved PhostrEx canister was extensively tested and consistently met all design specifications.

Geneva, Switzerland, May 17, 2011 – Honda Aircraft Company, Inc., today announced at the annual European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva, Switzerland, that it has successfully completed additional milestone flight tests with its FAA-conforming HondaJet, including the achievement of a maximum operating altitude of 43,000 ft. This accomplishment follows soon after Honda's advanced light business jet recorded a maximum speed of 425KTAS (489 mph) during flight testing at the company's Greensboro, North Carolina, world headquarters facility.
