Embraer’s cockpit feature for the entry level jet is approved by ANAC, FAA and EASA

São José dos Campos, August 11, 2010 – Embraer’s Phenom 100 entry level executive jet has received the Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency (Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil – ANAC), the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) certificates to use Garmin’s Synthetic Vision Technology™ (SVT).

July 26, 2010 – Honda Aircraft Company, Inc., released a program update for its HondaJet advanced light jet program highlighting the milestone achievement of Power-On for its first conforming flight test aircraft. Also announced was the successful consolidation of fuselage and wing assemblies for the first static test aircraft, which will be subjected to static structural testing beginning in August.

Embraer’s entry level jet will visit nine Australian cities
São José dos Campos, February 9, 2010 – As part of its flying demo tour throughout Asia Pacific, Embraer’s Phenom 100 entry level jet landed, this week, in Perth, Australia. After being exhibited in India, in November 2009, and participating in the Singapore Airshow, February 2-7, the jet’s first appearance in Australia will cover Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Cairns, and Darwin.
