Executive jet’s new price effective in June

São José dos Campos, April 7, 2006 – Embraer announced today that the launch price of the Phenom 100 will be maintained through May 31, 2006. Effective June 1, 2006, the price of the executive jet will be US$ 2.85 million for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certification, in January 2005 economic conditions. The announced launch price was US$ 2.75 million.

Lakeland, Fla., April 4, 2006 – The Cessna Citation Mustang program continues to move toward certification and first delivery, both scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2006:

The Mustang prototype, serial number 0001 and serial number 0002 have accumulated more than 850 total flight hours.

Eclipse Aviation continues to expand factory service center network

GAINESVILLE, FL — April 03, 2006 — Eclipse Aviation, manufacturer of the revolutionary Eclipse 500 very light jet (VLJ), and the Gainesville-Alachua County Regional Airport Authority held a groundbreaking ceremony today to begin construction of the Eclipse Aviation factory service center in Gainesville, Florida. The Gainesville facility will be part of a network of seven U.S. Factory Service Centers dedicated to Eclipse 500 maintenance and support.

Aviation Technology Group, Inc. announced that after several successful flight test missions, including the first in-flight gear retraction, the Javelin prototype has now commenced a scheduled downtime for modification and updates to the flap, control and Pitot-static systems.

Englewood, CO, March 10, 2006—— Today Adam Aircraft announced that Craig Johnson has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer. Johnson comes to Adam Aircraft from the Northrop Grumman Electronics Sector, where he served as Vice President, Network-Centric Systems; Vice President, F-16 Sensor Systems; Vice President, Supply Chain Management; and Vice President, Aerospace Systems Program Operations. He also held executive positions with AlliedSignal Technical Services Corporation; McDonnell Douglas Corporation (including leading the F-15 Eagle fighter program); and General Dynamics Corporation. Following graduation from the United States Air Force Academy, he served in Southeast Asia, flying more than 85 combat missions in the A-7D and A-10A aircraft.

The US Air Force Air Education Training Command has selected DOSS AVIATION of Colorado Springs, as provider of the Initial Flight Screening (IFS) program for US Air Force Pilots. DOSS was selected from three finalist bidders, all of whom had bid with a customized version of Diamond's DA20-C1.

First customer David Crowe gears up to take delivery of serial number 001

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — March 01, 2006 — Earlier this week Eclipse Aviation celebrated a major milestone as it began building the first Eclipse 500 jet that will be delivered to a customer. As a crowd of employees gathered to witness the initiation of production, the first customer, David Crowe, stepped up to engage the friction stir welding of one of his future jet’s cockpit side panels and to drill window attachment holes in the cockpit frame.

Aviation Technology Group, Inc. reported continuing progress with its flight test program following the completion of the Javelin’s first gear-up flight out of Centennial Airport (APA) on Tuesday, February 28.

Diamond Aircraft has appointed Mr. Charles (Chuck) Glass as Director of Fleet Sales. Mr. Glass will be responsible for North American factory direct fleet sales, training programs and account management of institutional customers.
