Receives First TIA from FAA

Englewood, Colorado, December 6, 2007 —— The Adam Aircraft A700 program has accomplished a major milestone by receiving its first Type Inspection Authorization (TIA) from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). With this significant endorsement, the Adam Aircraft Flight Test Program is entering into a new phase where FAA representatives are authorized to begin flight testing on the A700 for FAA certification credit.

Diamond Aircraft has appointed Mr. Mark Lee as Director of Marketing and Sales for D-JET, Diamond’s personal light jet. Mr. Lee will be responsible for the overall marketing and sales programs for the new Diamond D-JET worldwide and will be located at the company’s facility in London, Ontario. He will report to Heike Larson, Vice President for Sales and Marketing for North America.

Over one-billion-dollar deal represents Company’s largest Phenom executive jet order

São José dos Campos, December 3, 2007 –Embraer and Flight Options, one of the largest private jet service companies in the world, based in Cleveland, Ohio, U.S., signed a contract for the acquisition of 100 Phenom 300 aircraft, with options for an
additional 50 aircraft of the same model.  This is the Company’s largest Phenom executive jet order, worth US$ 746 million
at 2007 list price, and could reach US$ 1.12 billion, if all options are exercised. An additional agreement for a maintenance and
support program is valued at over US$ 200 million.
