Agreement with ETIRC Aviation in Europe and Russia

Expanded partnership targets Eclipse 500 as the global standard for very light jets

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — January 14, 2008 — Eclipse Aviation, manufacturer of the world's first very light jet (VLJ), today announced it will expand its partnership with European Technology and Investment Research Center (ETIRC) Aviation. The agreement between the two companies includes an equity investment by ETIRC in Eclipse that is substantially in excess of $100 million.

VLJ leader sets record by certifying more than 100 Eclipse 500s in only 12 months

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — January 01, 2008 — Eclipse Aviation, manufacturer of the world's first very light jet (VLJ), today announced it has produced and certified 104 Eclipse 500s since December 31, 2006. Reaching this milestone makes Eclipse the fastest general aviation jet aircraft manufacturer in history to produce its first 100 airplanes. The VLJ leader completed a total of 103 aircraft in 2007. Previously, the fastest ramp to 100 aircraft was achieved by Cessna, which reached 100 Cessna Citation 550 aircraft after approximately 18 months.

VLJ leader to create visual process instructions with Right Hemisphere software

ALBUQUERQUE, NM — January 03, 2008 — Eclipse Aviation, manufacturer of the world's first very light jet (VLJ), today announced it will generate consistent and transferable manufacturing and maintenance procedures for use at its production facilities in Albuquerque and its service centers in the United States. With a software suite from Right Hemisphere, Eclipse will develop illustrated production and maintenance instructions from the original 3-D computer-aided design (CAD) of the Eclipse 500 VLJ.
