(“Adam Aircraft”) filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on February 15, 2008 and Jeffrey Weinman was appointed as the Chapter 7 Trustee.  The Trustee has put forth a motion to the Colorado District Bankruptcy Court to sell all of assets of the company in a bulk sale.  Assets include, but are not limited to, aircraft, aircraft parts, intellectual property licenses and patents, customer and vendor contracts, aircraft certifications, manufacturing equipment, and significant backlog orders.
