| Cessna Receives 280 Million Order from Europes JetAlliance |

Order for 25 Citation Business Jets Geneva, May 23, 2007 – Cessna Aircraft Company, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, announced today at the European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE) that JetAlliance has placed an order for 25 Citation business jets valued at $280 million. The order is comprised of one CJ1+, six CJ2+, five CJ3, three XLS+, one Sovereign, two Citation X, and seven Citation Mustang aircraft. Deliveries will take place in 2009 and 2010. JetAlliance, based in Vienna, Austria, is the third largest charter operator in Europe and is an authorized Cessna sales representative. According to JetAlliance’s Chief Executive Officer Lukas Lichtner-Hoyer, “These aircraft will be used to further extend our reach into eastern and central Europe.” “This order continues Cessna’s global market expansion and is further evidence that the value and performance delivered in our line of Citation business jets meets the needs of today’s leading charter operators,” said Cessna Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing Roger Whyte. Based on unit sales, Cessna Aircraft Company is the world's largest manufacturer of general aviation airplanes. In 2006, Cessna delivered 1,239 aircraft, including 307 Citation business jets, and reported revenues of about $4.2 billion and a backlog of $8.5 billion.
