| Adam Aircraft Secures Experienced Executives to Accelerate Engineering Programs |

Englewood, CO, December 5, 2006—— Adam Aircraft today announced the appointment of Tom Bisges as Senior Vice President, Engineering and Program Management, and Malcolm Thomson as Vice President, Flight Test Engineering.
Tom Bisges comes to Adam Aircraft following a successful and distinguished career with Bombardier Aerospace and Sino Swearingen Aircraft Corporation. As Sino Vice President of Engineering, he achieved FAA certification for the SJ30-2 twin-engine jet. Additionally, he was responsible for leading all technical personnel and the planning and execution of certification activities supporting engineering, flight operations, and FAA airworthiness on the SJ-30 business jet. Prior to joining Sino Swearingen, Bisges spent 12 years with Bombardier Aerospace, managing engineering efforts on the Global Express, Challenger 604, RJ 200, Lear 60, and Lear 40 aircraft. Tom has 20 years of experience in military and corporate aviation engineering and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Missouri. Malcolm Thomson joins Adam Aircraft as Vice President, Flight Test Engineering, responsible for the Adam Aircraft fleet flight test techniques, procedures, and all associated instrumentation and data systems. Prior to joining Adam Aircraft, Thomson founded Optika, a document imaging and workflow software company that went public in 1996. He also served as President of Blue Mountain Avionics where he provided design criteria for the EFIS/One, EFIS/Lite, and Digital Autopilot, and worked across the firm in manufacturing, sales, customer support, and business development. He also worked for Ashton-Tate, the successful developer of dBASE, the popular database product.
Adam Aircraft is a designer and manufacturer of advanced aircraft for civil and government markets. The company uses computer-aided design, rapid prototyping, advanced manufacturing techniques, and carbon composite materials to produce high-performance aircraft at attractive prices. The A500 twin-engine piston aircraft has been Type Certified by the FAA, and the A700 AdamJet is currently undergoing flight test and development. Bisges’ responsibilities will include the management of company engineering efforts, consisting of FAA type certification of the A700, service engineering and upgrades to the A500 and A700, and new product development. Additionally, Bisges will oversee the creation and certification of enhancements and products from the existing Adam Aircraft fleet.
He has earned a pilot's license with an MEL Instrument rating, and flies his own Twin Commander 690A-10 turboprop and his personally built Thunder Mustang. Thomson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Hatfield University, Hertfordshire, England.
