Receives FAA Approval to Operate Eclipse 500 VLJ Fleet; Launch of World’s First “Per-Seat, On-Demand” Jet Service Just Weeks Away

BOCA RATON, Fla.—September 5, 2007—DayJet Corporation announced today that its subsidiary, DayJet Services, LLC, received authorization from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to use Eclipse 500™ very light jets (VLJs) in its operations. DayJet Services is the holder of an on-demand air carrier certificate from the FAA authorizing operations under Part 135 of the FAA’s regulations. The company is preparing to use its fleet of VLJs to launch the world’s first “Per-Seat, On-Demand” jet service.

August 1, 2007, Bend, Oregon—Epic Aircraft booked more than $40,000,000 of new aircraft sales during this year’s AirVenture in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Earlier in the year Epic released sales figures of more than $23,000,000 from the 7-day Sun ‘n Fun fly-in in Lakeland, Florida. The numbers come from signed contracts with nonrefundable deposits toward the purchase of Epic Aircraft.

Company names Morten Wagner as winner of auction
