VLJ leader continues successful partnership with eBay ALBUQUERQUE, NM — November 15, 2007 — Following the success of its first online listing, Eclipse Aviation, manufacturer of the world's first very light jet (VLJ), today announced that it will list another Eclipse 500 aircraft. This second auction, provided through a private label online marketplace powered by eBay, is part of a continuing program to sell early position Eclipse 500s. The auction will begin at 8:00 a.m. PST November 19, 2007 and conclude at 5:00 p.m. PST November 29, 2007. The aircraft's serial number is 000082 and will be available for customer delivery in Albuquerque in early December 2007. |

VLJ leader sells Eclipse 500s to its first ab initio training customer DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES — November 14, 2007 — Eclipse Aviation, manufacturer of the world's first very light jet (VLJ), today announced during its first appearance at the Dubai Airshow, that it has sold 12 Eclipse 500 jets to Dubai Aerospace Enterprise Flight Academy (DAEFA). The purchase marks Eclipse Aviation's entry into the ab initio flight training market. Delivery of these Eclipse 500s will begin in 2008. |

Company establishes first FAA-approved aircraft manufacturer FOQA program Albuquerque, NM — October 31, 2007 — Eclipse Aviation, manufacturer of the world's first very light jet (VLJ), today announced that it has received approval of its Flight Operational Quality Assurance (FOQA - pronounced foh-qwah) program from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Eclipse Aviation is the only aircraft manufacturer that has received FAA approval for a FOQA program that includes flight data monitoring capability consistent with the advanced programs used by commercial airline operations (FAR Part 121), the safest demonstrated flight operations in the world. |

October 17, 2007 - COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO - Excel-Jet, Ltd., initiated legal action against the FAA for the crash of the Company's Sport-Jet prototype aircraft. During test flight number 25, Air Traffic Control cleared the aircraft for takeoff behind a large commercial aircraft, in violation of mandatory separation requirements. The Sport-Jet suffered a violent un-commanded roll immediately after liftoff and crashed. After extensive investigation over 15 months, the Company says that it has no option but to take this action to prove that there was no fault with the aircraft or pilot. |
