ORLANDO, FL — October 16, 2006 — Today Eclipse Aviation, manufacturer of the world’s first very light jet (VLJ), and Strategic Aeronautics unveiled the AvioTM Flight Bag (AFB), a suite of software applications that extend Eclipse’s Avio Total Aircraft Integration beyond the aircraft. From the convenience of their homes, offices or hotel rooms, Eclipse 500 operators will be able to tap into their AFBs to expedite all flight operations. Future integration of the AFB with the Avio system will provide Eclipse 500 customers with a completely paperless cockpit solution.

With Eclipse 500 customer deliveries about to begin, Eclipse hires vice president of customer care
ORLANDO, FL — October 16, 2006 — Today Eclipse Aviation, manufacturer of the world’s first very light jet (VLJ), announced that Kenneth McNamara has joined the executive team as vice president of customer and product support. McNamara joins Eclipse as initial customer deliveries are set to begin, and the company has 24 aircraft in various stages of production. McNamara will oversee every aspect of the Eclipse 500 customer experience, from delivery to after sales product support.

Castle & Cooke Aviation Services provides prime location at the busiest general aviation airport in the United States
ORLANDO, FL — October 16, 2006 — Today Eclipse Aviation, manufacturer of the world’s first very light jet (VLJ), announced that it will locate an Eclipse Service Center (ESC) at Van Nuys Airport in California. The service center will be located at Castle & Cooke Aviation Services, the airport’s largest corporate aviation facility. California is home to one of Eclipse’s largest customer bases, and the Van Nuys ESC will be one of two Eclipse service centers in the state. The second location has not yet been announced.

Company to build three service centers in the U.S. and one in France
Orlando, FL, October 16, 2006 – Embraer today announced that it will build three new service centers in the U.S. dedicated to full-service care for the Phenom 100, Phenom 300 and Legacy 600 aircraft. A fourth service center will be built in 2007, at the Le Bourget airport, in Paris, France. The investment for the new facilities will total around US $40 million.
