Contract includes 16 firm orders, plus options for five additional Phenom jets

São José dos Campos, October 18, 2006 - Embraer announced that Eagle Creek Aviation Services, a full-service provider of aircraft sales, management and maintenance services, has purchased 12 Phenom 100 and four Phenom 300 jets, with options for an additional five units that can be converted into either aircraft model. The first delivery will take place at the end of 2008 and the aircraft will be managed, serviced and operated by Eagle Creek. The contract has a total value of approximately US$ 61 million.

Wondair launches ownership program for the Phenom 100

São José dos Campos, October 18, 2006 -Embraer announced that Valencia-based Wondair has acquired 24 Phenom 100 jets. The Spanish on-demand operator has also placed an option for an additional 12 aircraft. The contract allows Wondair to convert its positions from Phenom 100 to Phenom 300.

Embraer’s Phenom 100 jet will allow Avantair to expand their product offering

Orlando, Florida (October 17, 2006) - Avantair, a leading provider of fractional aircraft shares, announced today at the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Annual Meeting and Convention that it has placed an order for 20 Phenom 100 executive jets from Embraer. Avantair’s firm contract has an order value of $57 million at list price in January 2005 economic conditions. The Phenom 100 is expected to enter service in mid-2008 and Avantair is scheduled to take delivery of its first aircraft in June 2009.

Price, Sales and Service Network, Production Specifications Announced

ORLANDO, Fla., U.S.A., October 17, 2006– Honda Aircraft Company, Inc. began sales of HondaJet at the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) convention with the announcement of the price, production specifications and a sales and service network for its advanced light jet.  Scheduled to go into production in the U.S. in 2010, pricing is set at $3.65 million for HondaJet in its standard configuration.
